Excuse me for entering in english. My German isn't up to standard and I'm sure most of my German collegues will understand english:
I'm selling a physio-practice in Holland. It is a solo practice, but in a larger setting of a center that occupies itselfs with short/longterm working disababilties, wich creates interesting synergy. Modern and spacious fitness facility available .
Located in the middle of a business area. Normal clientele, but also big potential from local industries and businesses.
All sorts of patients : ortho (most), neuro, sports etc. Because of the presence of modern fitness equipment there is a lot of rehab. Possibiliy to work with groups.
Space is rented from the center where the practice is located. In the area where the practice is located there is not much competition. In holland a physio is considered a specialist and free to treat a patient as he sees fit. There is much less dependance on the referring doctor or GP.
The practice is situated in the coastal area, a 15 min. bikes ride to the beach and 15 min trainride to Amsterdam.
The purchasing price is based on a years turnover, after deduction of working expenses , conform KNGF guidelines.
